For a better understanding we'll explain in detail every section of the subscription plan

•   Test Mode:

Before switching to a real environment we offer the possibility to test the software so   that you can verify that your configuration runs properly . All you need to do is select yes.We  are offering a detailed explanation on how to use the component in test mode here.

It is not necessary for one to enter test mode. We have tested this component hundred times 

•  Use with Community Builder

By choosing Yes you'll be able to connect your subscribers with Community Builder. It  means that your subscribers can use CB's specific functionality

• Block subscribers         

By selecting YES upon subscription termination, the subscribers account will be blocked.                                                                                                                                                                                                               

Otherwise by selecting NO the subscribers account will be deleted, upon subscription termination.                                   

•   Published :  Choose whether you want to display your subscription plan or not 

•   Business Name:  Your paypal email. Account has to be Premier or Business

•   Reference number: This is used for tracking different subscription plan 

•   Currency:  You can charge your subscribers using different currencies. Preferably this  should be the base currency of your account. 

•   Buyer's default country: This will activate the checkout content to be translated in the country default language

• Subscription Description:  Describes what  your subscription does: You can include information related to the amout charged, duration, different features you are offering.

You have the possibility to assign subscribers to an access group (registered, author,etc). On the joomla extensions site there's a module called metamod who gives access to content based on the group the subscriber is assigned to. In this way you can make certain content available to your subscribers only, separating them by the access group they belong to.

• Successful Payment URL:

Upon subscription payment you can redirect your subscribers to a thank you page which explains the ongoing process of a subscription and how to use it.

• Cancel Payment URL:

Subscribers can change their mind to option for another subscription plan. You can redirect them to the subscription plans you are offering or to some advertising page.

You can offer trial periods  in which you can set a lower price in order to attract your subscribers. Within this period they can cancel the subscription if they don't like the services you're offering without paying for the actual subscription.

• Subscription Price :       The price of subscription.
• Length of billing cycle:  Period of the subcriptions

You can choose to make your subscription recurring by choosing yes to the question Continue to bill the subscriber for this amount on a recurring basis?                                      

You can also stop the subscription recurrence after a certain number of times.
